We're a small team doing big things in healthcare. SonarMD uses AI and human support to detect clinical deterioration early and help specialists intervene before emergencies happen. Most of the platform doesn't exist in its final form yet. That's the point. You'll help shape it from the ground up.

Full Stack + Infrastructure.
All You. Front end, back end, databases, AWS infrastructure, CI/CD, networking. There's no layer of the stack you won't touch. DevOps isn't a separate team here. It's part of what you do.

Real AI, in Production.
RAG pipelines, LLM-powered clinical workflows, vector search, agent architectures. You won't be bolting on a chatbot. You'll be building the intelligence layer of a healthcare platform.

Work That Actually Matters.
We help gastroenterologists catch problems before they become emergencies. The code you write will directly improve patient outcomes. This isn't another ad platform.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Ship real features: Design, build, and own full-stack features across React, React Native, Node/Express, and Python.
Build AI capabilities: RAG pipelines, LLM workflows, vector search, and agent architectures in production.
Own the infrastructure: AWS (VPC, EC2, ECS, Lambda, RDS, S3, IAM), IaC with CDK, Terraform, and Ansible.
Harden the pipeline: CI/CD with CircleCI and GitHub Actions. Secrets management, access control, server hardening.
Keep us compliant: Champion HIPAA and SOC 2 readiness, incident response, and disaster recovery.
Level up the team: Collaborate across Product, Analytics, and Engineering. Mentor other engineers.
