Recently, your health plan made the decision to end the program of supported services provided to you by SonarMD in collaboration with your GI provider. As a result, we will no longer be able to provide you with the tools and care team that helped you track your GI symptoms and share those with your GI provider.
We want to assure you that we recognize the disruption and frustration you feel and wanted very much to continue to support you through your GI journey. We loved working on behalf of you and in partnership with your GI practice. And lastly, we want to reiterate: your provider’s commitment to your health and access to care from the practice will not change.
